    A fixed hourly charge plus data transfer.

Charged by usage

These stay near zero until there is traffic, and are the hardest to predict from source alone.

    aws_globalaccelerator_endpoint_group

    A data transfer premium on every GB routed to the endpoints.

No charge

These carry no charge of their own, though some of them govern resources that do.

    Free itself. The accelerator in front of it carries the fixed hourly charge and the data transfer premium.
